Rabbit and Pasta Salad


2-3 Cups Rabbit Meat (Cooked and Cubed)

1 Small Package/Box of Seashell Pasta (Cooked and Drained)
1 Small Onion (Finely Chopped)
1/3 Cup Sweet Relish
1/3 Cup Dill Relish
1-2 Cups Mayonaise
Salt and Pepper (To Taste) 


Combine rabbit, pasta, onion, relishes, salt and pepper in bowl. Add 1 cup of mayonaise at a time and stir well. Add remaining mayonaise in 1/2 cup increments if needed. Cover and chill at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve decoratively on lettuce leaf with cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumbers and crackers.
