Rabbit Patch Salad


2 Cups Rabbit Meat (Cooked, Cubed and Chilled)

2 Cups Frozen Green Peas (Thawed, Drained and Uncooked)
2 Carrots (Grated)
1 Small Onion (Finely Diced)
1 Cup Colby Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
Salt and Pepper (To Taste)

Rabbit Patch Dressing (Recipe Below)
Lettuce Leaves (Optional)



In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients...Remember...DO NOT cook the peas. Stir in the desired amount of Rabbit Patch Dressing. Chill well. Serve on lettuce leaves if desired.

Rabbit Patch Dressing

Mix: 2 Cups Mayonaise...1/4 Cup Sugar...1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Pour dressing over salad, stir and mix well.
